He has provided structural engineering design and advice as well as traffic studies and soil contamination reports to support Development Applications. Joe Rossi was the structural  engineer and certifier for various stages of our new bespoke house build in Crafers. His service was excellent, he was prompt and professional and easy to communicate with. Having previously used Joe for developing accommodation, we were keen to use him again for the conversion of our shearing shed into a function centre. Being a new idea for our region, we knew it would be challenging to get approval, but Joe was happy to take up the challenge. Despite it being a very frustrating job, Joe doggedly persisted, and came up with the goods!
