Hobson Engineering Warehouse

We are incredibly excited to announce our involvement as project management for Hobson Engineering’s first South Australian warehouse! An industry-leading, quality fastener brand, Hobson Engineering has successfully rolled out major warehouses nationwide and is the “largest fastener company in its chosen product range in Australia.”

It might not look like much now, but soon this site will be home to an $8Million, 8000m2 warehouse, bringing a reputable and diverse product range to SA. Now that is an Epic Project!

Murray Bridge Retirement Village

It’s been a year since we started working with Murray Mallee Aged Care Group to help design a Retirement Village being built in Murray Bridge. The village includes a total of 51 units throughout 8 different buildings, along with a community center all built on a 9000m2 block. The building process is already underway and we’ve been visiting the site regularly to undertake trench, reinforcement and steel inspections, ensuring everything is built to standards!

WCFC Clubrooms Completed!

Great news everyone! The WCFC Clubrooms are finally complete and looking fantastic! It was great working alongside the City of Charles Sturt and they should be proud of what was accomplished.

WCFC Clubrooms

Here at Epic Projects, we are continuing to work closely with council members for The City of Charles Sturt for the upgrade of the Frank Mithcell Reserve. The clubrooms are coming along nicely and are now beginning to take shape with the steel framing complete!

Henley Beach Units

The units at Henley Beach are certainly coming along, looking quite different from the start of the project when it was still being excavated. For those that don’t remember, piling was necessary and designed to ensure surrounding buildings weren’t affected by the soil movement during the start of their construction. It’s always great to see projects we’ve worked on from the start finally coming together and near completion after so many months. We can’t wait to see these units completely finished!

Jarn Leva TTP

Jarn Leva in Tea Tree Plaza was one of the new restaurants added as part of the major upgrades of the shopping centre. We had the wonderful opportunity to work with the shop fitter to certify and ensure the new shop fittings were built to standards before the grand opening.

Flim Set Location

Recently we got the exciting opportunity to help structurally certify some film sets for Adelaide Studios. We were required to go onto their future film site location (filming planned during 2026) on Crozier Street in Port Adelaide to check the old woolshed and pathways were all safe to use.

Kensington Park – Retail

We provided engineering and construction advice for a new two-story retail/office building along Magil Road in Kensington Park. It is currently under construction from Zee Construction who are using a delta core concrete salad decking system and steel framing.

White City Football Club

Epic Projects has been working alongside the City of Charles Sturt to help bring the new White City Football Club redevelopment project to life! The site is now preparing to have the footings of the buildings put in place! The redevelopment plans include a function room, change rooms, kitchen and bar! We cant wait to see it completed ready for the next season!

Great to see this sign lighting up the night. We worked in collaboration with Partek and Signarama Salisbury to ensure this beautiful 3D design was structurally safe.
