We are excited to announce our latest project and contract management projects, working with the City of Salisbury to deliver two outstanding community amenities.
Burton Community Hub
Providing library services and learning spaces, the Burton Community Hub kicks off construction later this year, replacing the current community centre on Waterloo Corner Rd.
Valued at $6.25 million, the scope includes the construction of ‘The Shed’, which is an accessible facility for community members specifically with brain injuries/limitations, and the ‘Community Garden’.
Burton Operations Centre
Valued at $4.4 million, the operations centre upgrade will allow for a more efficient layout, improving traffic management, safety and the wellbeing of staff. It will enable a more flexible working environment, matching new mobile technology.

New transportable office for East Waste has landed! In response to major changes in Australia’s waste management stategy, East Waste required expansion of its operation facilities. We have provided the planning architectural, engineering design and tender for this project. Now we are taking on the construction contract and project management. Epic Event – May 10 2021
Epic Projects are excited to be hosting their first event of 2021! Our managing director, Joe Rossi, will be presenting on the Top 10 Mistakes in Project Delivery. Our office will be open to guests from 5:00 pm, with the presentation beginning at 5:15 pm. The presentation and an opportunity to answer questions will conclude around 6 pm. SAHA 100 Homes – Findon
We have been overseeing the project management of the 100 Homes Program, a great initiative by the SA Housing Authority, that has created a pipeline of work for South Australian Construction businesses and trades, and more affordable housing options for first home buyers and low-to-moderate income earners.

Hobson Engineering Warehouse
A design and construction project by Woolcock group in Direk SA. this project is set for completion in early 2021 and is the first Hobson Engineering Warehouse in SA! Epic Projects and Consulting are providing client-side expert project and contract management for this 8000m2, $8million project. – 4 September 2020 |

Jarvis Car Park Trinity Gardens

Moonta Service Station Upgrade

Redwing Farm Shed Conversion
We can’t get enough of the amazing before and after of this shed conversion at Redwing Farm, Moonta. We provided our structural engineering expertise and conducted a safety review to ensure the shearing shed turned function centre was structurally sound for use. The project included new bathroom facilities, which required engineering for wastewater disposal.

Clare Service Station Upgrade
This service station upgrade required the old structure to be demolished. This was a significant project as it required extensive architectural design, planning and drafting to completely redesign the site. The project included new concrete paving, civil works, a new canopy, and a pre-cast retail section, all with a modern design. It also involved meeting the environmental requirements of the EPA, as well as meeting council development requirements for a service station.

Subway Castle Plaza
Epic Projects assisted Subway Castle Plaza with all engineering and certification for their recent store upgrade. From the front sliding door and signage, through to the decorative internal structures and an overhead ceiling piece, safety and structural stability were at the forefront of the project, as well as maintaining a vibrant and modern store aesthetic.
